Sales Policies

All prices on this site are shown in US dollars. We accept VISA and MasterCard for our secure online shopping cart. An automatic e-mail will be sent as a confirmation of your order and total price including shipping. A 6.5% tax will be added for MN residents.

If you would like to place an order over the phone you can call anytime during store hours. We accept certified checks and money orders for phone and e-mail orders. If you include a phone number in an e-mail, please give a convenient time to reach you during business hours.

No returns accepted at this time.

Class Policies

* Class sizes are limited and filled on a first come, first served basis.
* Payment in full is required to reserve your space and can be made by cash, personal check, VISA, Mastercard or Discover.
* Cancellations are accepted up to one full week before the class begins with full refund.
* Glass Garden Beads will cancel or reschedule any class due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, full refunds will be offered.
* With each paid registration, receive a 10% discount card. This card is good for a one-time discount on beads and supplies purchased at Glass Garden. This offer is for adult classes only.
* If a class fills, we will start a waiting list and possibly add an additional class.
* Supply lists are available at the store at least one week prior to class.
